Custom Foot Orthotics

 

Custom foot orthotics are used in the treatment of certain foot conditions and deformities in order to improve stability, correct gait, and ease discomfort.  These orthotics are not the gel shoe inserts you can find at the store.  They are made specifically to fit you. 

Once we receive a prescription from your physician for custom foot orthotics, impressions will be taken of your feet and plaster molds created.  These will be used to fabricate custom orthotics designed to support your individual foot shape and to suit your needs.

Custom foot orthotics  are either fabricated in our own 162 Main St. Wakefield, RI facility, or depending on your needs, your orthotics may be sent out to another vendor for fabrication.  We currently work with ComfortFit Labs.
